Pet-scan

Today is pet-scan day ... this will let me know if the cancer is gone or if I have to go back into treatment. If everything goes well then I won't have to get another pet-scan for four months .. Yeah!!! Anyways, a pet-scan is the same thing as a cat-scan. The only thing different is that they shoot a radioactive sugar in my veins first so when they do the scan, it will light up all the cancers tumors in me if I have any left.

Chee Burger Chee Burger

Tonight we are going to try out this new hamburger spot called chee burger chee burger...people at work talk about it all the time and arlene looooooves burgers so she'll be the judge if it's good or not... To me, all burgers taste the same.. Ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes and buns...and whatever else.. The cool thing about this place is that u create your own burger and most of the topings are free of charge. There's also a create your own shake or malt with a whole bunch of ingredients to choose from.

Rainy day in vegas

Today was rainy so we're just going to get some dim sum and watch a movie... I think we are also going to drop by T.I to pick up some cirque de soleil Mystere tickets...

one of my favorite websites is www.mapmyrun.com you can map out your running route. it tells you everything you need.. elevation, calculate workout calories, pace.. etc.. its been a year now and im finally running again.. it feels soooooo good... im finally up to 2 miles of running without stopping.. i'll be back to doing half marathons really soon. Here's a interactive map of my last run... if i can do this 3 times a week than put in a 6 miler on the weekends, i'll be very happy
